The farmhouse that now houses Cozy 1882 stood witness to over a century of Missouri life before we found it — weathered, beloved, and waiting. Our restoration honored every original detail: the wide-plank pine floors, the cast-iron fireplace in the master bedroom, the kitchen where generations of families once gathered.

What you experience today is neither a museum nor a modern build. It is something far rarer — a living home, thoughtfully adapted for travelers who understand that true luxury lies in authenticity.
